I'm John Bedwany, an international businessman, entrepreneur, author, and martial arts teacher with 40 years of experience.

 

I founded the Discovering Goodness®️ Corporate Empowerment Program, offering "Positive Emotions Action-based Activations" tailored to support individuals across roles and seniority. The program aims to foster a thriving workplace by aligning positive thoughts and actions with business imperatives, providing empowering experiences, and creating development opportunities.

This Knowledge is presented in the form of Discovering Goodness®️ Activations (DGAs) delivered online and based on their own personal and professional experience and aspirations. They can be grouped under their Job Functions, Business Athlete Attributes and the 27 categories of Positive Emotions. When combined with daily exercise and habits, they generate positive movement on the Positive Emotions Index—an objective self-reported measurement of the success of the Discovering Goodness®️ Corporate Empowerment Program in your organisation.

The Discovering Goodness program has been a transformative experience for me. The research and positivity behind it are incredible. On days when I incorporated affirmations, small actions, PEM walking, and meditation into my morning routine, life became noticeably easier to navigate.

The program helped me cultivate patience, calmness, and kindness, and truly shifted my mindset to focus on the positive. One of the most powerful exercises was writing down key actions from my affirmations and seeing how they impacted my day.
