I've seen more often than I care to share, situations where good people's behaviour is compromised because their thoughts and actions are controlled by their negative emotions.


Let’s think about this....

Feeling bad means you are vibrating through negative emotions. And when you feel bad, your thoughts are therefore negative. And when your thoughts are negative, then your actions are negative. And when your actions are negative, the outcome of your actions hurts others and hurts you.


And when we live in a world where we're all directly influenced by other people's actions, and where the untrained mind processes each day through 80% negative thoughts, you're consistently managing negative energy and experiences through human interactions.


And the spiral of pain, poor health and base survival continues each new day you don't do anything about this.

Please know that if you do not manage your thoughts to the positive, your health and quality of life will continue to deteriorate and that deterioration accelerates as we get older.
